Running errands

We can help individuals with tasks outside the home, such as grocery shopping, picking up prescriptions, or handling other personal errands. This support ensures clients can maintain their routine and stay connected to their community, even if they're unable to go out themselves. It helps to relieve the stress of everyday tasks, promoting independence and convenience for those in need of assistance.

This service offers peace of mind to both clients and their families, supporting proper medication management in the comfort of home.

Companionship

Spending extended time alone at home can be quite isolating. That's why our carers are dedicated to what they do—they genuinely enjoy bringing a little brightness to our care users' days. They are available to help maintain connections with family and friends, assist with hobbies both at home or outside, and participate in community activities. Our team offers assistance with tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, general cleaning, changing bed linens and towels, laundry, ironing, floor cleaning, and other housekeeping duties. We can also help with managing correspondence and assist with shopping needs.

Soft observation

such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse , and respiration.Soft observation in domiciliary care involves monitoring basic vital signs such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration. While not a substitute for medical assessments, this regular check-in helps caregivers detect any potential changes in a client's health, providing early indications that may require further attention. These simple observations contribute to overall well- being and ensure that clients receive appropriate care when needed.

Bed time preparation

Our highly trained staffs are able to support individuals with their nightly routine to ensure they are comfortable, safe, and ready for rest. This can include assistance with personal hygiene, changing into nightwear, adjusting the bed, ensuring the room is well-lit and safe, and offering support with any mobility needs. The goal is to promote a restful night’s sleep while maintaining dignity and comfort, helping individuals feel secure and cared for as they prepare for bed.
